Let's put it simply: Sometimes the world is just silly. A relationship ends, your favorite colleague changes companies, a loved one leaves us, an important exam was botched, or the car has body damage. In such situations, you need heartfelt people who show: I am here for you, let me give you a hug. The comfort giver is exactly that. A warm hug, a small token that you can give, so that the difficult time feels a little lighter for a moment.

For the comfort giver, we have lovingly preserved small blue forget-me-nots between two glass panes. The delicate blue plant carries its meaning right in its name. The forget-me-not has always symbolized love, loyalty, and togetherness. A beautiful symbol for moments when words sometimes simply fail.

A positive spark for the future
Of course, our comfort giver cannot magically make sorrow disappear. But it can say: 'Chin up, you are not alone. I am with you.' and make the heart feel a little lighter for a moment. 

Pure nature
Our comfort giver is meant to accompany and provide support. That is why we protect the precious forget-me-nots between two panes of glass. In doing so, we consciously avoid using preservatives. To keep its beautiful blue color, you should not expose the comfort giver to direct sunlight.

A) Rewards Program

General Information:

• For every euro ordered, you will receive shop credit from us. For example, for a purchase of 100 euros, 6 euros of shop credit will be booked to your account (shipping costs are excluded from the calculation).
• This credit can be used as an additional payment method for your next purchase if the previous order has been completed (shipped and paid).
• The exact amount per product can be seen directly in the product detail view.
• The "Rewards Program" widget shows you your credit. Likewise, the information can be accessed in your account.

Prerequisite:

• To receive shop credit, you must place your order through a customer account.
• For orders without a customer account, unfortunately, no shop credit can be accumulated.

Redeeming shop credit for the next purchase (logged-in user):

• Shop credit stays with you for 365 days
• In the shop credit you will see another payment method "Apply shop credit" in the checkout.

Attention:

• Only the entire shop credit can be used as an additional payment method. A split of the shop credit is not possible in the checkout.
• If the credit is greater than the purchase value, the difference will be retained as shop credit.
• The credit can only be redeemed with the currency "Euro" when shopping. Other currencies are not supported in the Shop Credit.

* For SALE products or already reduced prices, there is no additional shopping cart discount. 

For most SALE products, a discount of about 20% to 40% has been calculated based on our last price.
