Rules for publishing customer reviews:

• The submitted review is checked against the order or customer data and published automatically.
• Additionally, verified reviews are technically marked as verified.
• We will automatically attach the 'Verified' badge if a review comes directly from one of our review requests.
• Subsequent verification and checking are carried out by the shop owner. Contact details are provided in the imprint.
