Care instructions:

• Baking aids made of wood or with wooden handles should be cleaned by hand. Use warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge.
•  Avoid soaking in water as this could damage the wood. Wooden baking aids are not suitable for the dishwasher.
• Dry the products immediately after cleaning carefully to avoid cracks or deformations.
• To care for the wood, you can occasionally rub it with a little cooking oil to protect the natural surface and extend its lifespan.
• Store the baking aids in a dry place and avoid direct sunlight or high humidity to keep the wood in the best condition.

Product safety:

• Baking aids should only be used by children under adult supervision, especially if they contain sharp or movable parts.
• Observe the heat resistance of the materials. Baking aids made of wood and plastic/silicone are not suitable for direct contact with open flames or very hot surfaces. Check the information on maximum temperature resistance before using them in connection with ovens, stoves, or hot foods.
• Use the baking aids exclusively for their intended purpose. Improper use can impair functionality or damage the product.
• All parts that come into contact with food should be carefully cleaned before and after use to ensure hygienic standards and avoid contamination.
• Check the products regularly for wear or damage. Products with visible cracks or breaks should be disposed of to prevent injury or unwanted material residues in food.

• For every euro ordered, you will receive shop credit from us. For example, for a purchase of 100 euros, 6 euros of shop credit will be booked to your account (shipping costs are excluded from the calculation).

Prerequisite:

Redeeming shop credit for the next purchase (logged-in user):

• Shop credit stays with you for 365 days
• In the shop credit you will see another payment method "Apply shop credit" in the checkout.

Attention:

• Only the entire shop credit can be used as an additional payment method. A split of the shop credit is not possible in the checkout.
• If the credit is greater than the purchase value, the difference will be retained as shop credit.
• The credit can only be redeemed with the currency "Euro" when shopping. Other currencies are not supported in the Shop Credit.
