The Smart Tool Dough Scraper is the ideal kitchen helper for spreading cake or pizza dough on the baking tray and in the baking pan. It is also excellent for smoothing cream, custards, pudding, chocolate, jam, or pastes onto cakes and tortes.
Use it for folding in egg whites as well as for mixing ingredients. Its special shape allows for complete scraping of bowls and containers. Thanks to its wide surface, you can also easily handle larger quantities.
And to optimally meet every need, our Smart Tool series offers a choice of 3 different dough scrapers in sizes S, M, and L.
