RazorTech – It doesn’t get sharper than this

The Lurch TANGO RazorTech graters impress with their special RazorTech blade technology. In this process, the stainless steel surface is not punched out, but exactly etched out using a special photo-etching process. This makes the edges of the cutting surfaces ultra-sharp and keeps them sharp for a long time. This way, the graters cut the ingredients finely instead of crushing them into crumbs, allowing your dishes to retain the full flavors of the fine ingredients.
