The round mold has a diameter of 26 cm and a height of 6 cm. This makes it suitable not only for baking cakes and tortes, such as Sachertorte, Tarte Tatin, or apple cake, but also for preparing casseroles or meat in the oven. Breads, such as a rustic farmhouse loaf or delicious flatbread, can also be easily prepared in this mold. Due to the thick silicone walls of this platinum silicone mold, the dough does not expand outward while baking, but cakes and bread retain their round shape. At the same time, the mold remains flexible, so it can be easily stored in the kitchen cabinet. The non-stick coating of the round silicone mold allows for trouble-free removal of the product from the mold without prior greasing. For optimal taste quality, all Lurch Silicone molds are food- and flavor-neutral and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +240°C. This allows you to use the mold not only in the oven but also in the microwave and freezer. After use, the mold can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
