Due to the matte surface, silver streaks and signs of use may appear with everyday use. This is a completely natural process, as the soft metal of the cutlery rubs against the hard, rough glaze.

Care Instructions:

Cutlery abrasion can be reduced, for example, by using sharply honed knives. If metal abrasion is visible, it can be reduced with a kitchen sponge and baking soda powder or with cleaners for stainless steel, ceramic cooktops, or porcelain.

Requirement:

• In order to receive shop credit, you must place your order via a customer account.
• When ordering without Unfortunately, no shop credit can be accumulated on a customer account.

Redeem shop credit for your next purchase (registered user):

• Shop credit you have 365 days received.
• For shop credit, you will see another payment method “Apply shop credit” in the checkout.

Attention:

• Only the entire shop credit can be used as an additional payment method. It is not possible to split the shop credit during checkout.
• If the credit is greater than the purchase value, the difference will remain with you as shop credit.
• The credit can only be redeemed with the currency "Euro" when making a purchase. Other currencies are not supported for shop credit.
