Before first use

Before using it for the first time, please make sure that the anti-moisture bag, the replacement sealing ring and our cleaning instructions, which may be found in the FLSK drinking bottle. Then clean them with warm water and a little washing-up liquid. Then rinse with cold water and you can pour in your first favorite drink.

Use

Your favorite drinks will keep the FLSK Water bottle hot for over 18 hours and ice cold for over 24 hours. Due to the enormous insulating capacity, you should always fill your drinks at the desired drinking temperature. If you're pouring a carbonated drink, make sure it has enough room to breathe - we recommend leaving about two fingers' width of space to the neck of the bottle. You should also open them slowly and carefully. You probably know this from other bottles of carbonated drinks. You can maximize the insulation performance by using the FLSK Water bottle before the Use fill with hot water for hot drinks or ice-cold water for chilled drinks for about three minutes or add ice cubes.

Cleaning

Ideally, you should rinse the drinking bottle by hand after each use. The dishwasher does not harm the great features, but the long-lasting heat in the dishwasher can cause the coating to come off. For daily care, warm water and a sponge are sufficient. For heavier soiling, we recommend our cleaning beads, denture cleaning tablets, or special bottle brushes. Please do not use chemicals or other harsh cleaning tools. These could damage the stainless steel surface or the nice coating — the environment will thank you as well. To dry, place the FLSK Open the water bottle preferably with the opening facing down. Please always clean the sealing ring separately from the lid and allow both to dry well separately to prevent mold formation. Make sure to keep the bottle opening away from yourself and others. Please always be careful when FLSK water bottle for hot drinks. Even after several hours, the filled drink can still be very hot and there is a risk of scalding if the liquid is boiling hot. Over time, a small temperature drop occurs only for physical reasons. This is a completely natural process and has nothing to do with the water bottle or the material. Surely you know that metallic objects are not allowed in the microwave, this also applies to the FLSK Water bottle. Please do not leave them in a bain-marie, this could cause discoloration of the beautiful coating.
