Before first use:

Before first use, please make sure that the anti-moisture bag, the replacement sealing ring and our cleaning instructions, which may be included in the FLSK The drinking bottle has been removed.

Then clean it with warm water and a little dishwashing liquid. Then rinse with cold water and you can pour in your first favorite drink.

Use:

It holds your favorite drinks FLSK Drinking bottle hot for over 18 hours and ice cold for over 24 hours. Due to the enormous insulating capacity, you should always fill your drinks at the desired drinking temperature.

If you're pouring a carbonated drink, make sure it has enough room to breathe - we recommend leaving about two finger widths of space to the neck of the bottle. You should also open them slowly and carefully. You probably know this from other bottles with carbonated drinks.

You can maximize insulation performance by... FLSK Before use, fill the drinking bottle with hot water for hot drinks or ice-cold water for chilled drinks for about three minutes or add ice cubes.

Cleaning:

Ideally, you should rinse the drinking bottle by hand after each use. The dishwasher cannot harm the great functions, but the long-lasting heat in the dishwasher can cause the coating to come off.

Warm water and a sponge are sufficient for daily care. For heavier dirt, we recommend our cleaning beads, denture cleaner tabs or special bottle brushes.

Please do not use chemicals or other harsh cleaning tools. These could attack the stainless steel surface or the beautiful coating - the environment will also thank you.

You put it to dry FLSK It is best to open the drinking bottle with the opening pointing downwards.

Please always clean the sealing ring separately from the lid and let both dry thoroughly on their own to prevent mold formation. Then make sure to put it back on the lid the right way round, otherwise it will not close properly. If the sealing ring comes off easily, it is on the lid the wrong way round. Please place the lid only loosely on (do not screw it on) when storing it in the cupboard, so it still gets enough air to finish drying overnight.

Bonus points can be redeemed as a voucher code or as account credit. Unused bonus points stay with you for 365 days . Shop credit does not expire.

In the Credits account, you will see another payment method "Apply Shop Credit" at checkout. There you will see your redeemed points as Euro credit, which you can use.

Attention:
Only the entire account credit can be used as a payment method. It is not possible to split it in the checkout. That's why you should redeem points specifically for a purchase. 

The shop credit can only be redeemed with the currency "Euro" when shopping. Other currencies are not supported in the Shop Credit.
