The "Duck Boy" (HUM 2394) impresses at first glance with the little ducks made in a special shine. Another special, yet still traditional feature of the figurine modeled by Marion Huschka is the fact that the Hummel figurine wears typical Bavarian lederhosen. Thus, the Hummel boy shows his connection to his creator from Bavaria, Maria Innocentia Hummel. The better half of the Hummel figurine can be found in the figurine "Duck Girl" (HUM 2393). This too is kept in the typical traditional Hummel style. For the Hummel manufactory from Rödental in Upper Franconia, it has been a heartfelt concern for over 80 years to stand out through unique craftsmanship.
