This cake immediately awakens childhood memories! Memories of birthdays, picnics, and cozy Sundays with the family. And what must not be missing? The Gugelhupf! This classic has a long tradition. What many, however, do not know is that in the original it was not made from sponge cake batter, but from yeast dough, nuts, and raisins. In some regions of Germany, the Gugelhupf is also called Napfkuchen or Bundkuchen, but one thing is always the same, and that is its characteristic appearance. This consists of a ring-shaped curved exterior and a chimney in the center. Thanks to the non-stick coating of our ovenproof platinum silicone baking molds, the Gugelhupf can be easily removed from the mold without prior greasing. Simply let it cool briefly after baking and then invert it onto a plate. Afterwards, decorate as desired with powdered sugar, couverture, or glaze. Like all Lurch These silicone molds are naturally dishwasher safe and therefore ready to use again in no time.

• Shop credit you have 365 days received.
